Charcuterie Letter Tray

Want to know how I turned my daughter's first birthday party into a viral sensation with over 4 million views? It was all about the charcuterie fruit letter tray! Who knew a colorful arrangement of fruits arranged in letters that spelled out “ONE” would be so popular?! Let me show you how I put together these fruit trays, so you can create a hit at your own party!

First, I snagged these $5 letter trays from Hobby Lobby. I would call ahead to make sure your store has them in stock or order online ahead of time. I knew I was feeding about 40 people so that meant A LOT of fruit. For these 3 letters I used 3lbs of grapes, 3lbs of strawberries and 2lbs of blueberries. Before putting the fruit in the trays, lay parchment paper down to help with any juices. You can watch my process here!

Hobby Lobby unfortunately doesn’t carry all letters or numbers but I found these similar trays on Amazon with more choices!

You can easily use a charcuterie tray to jazz up any occasion, from bridal showers to graduations. Just arrange tasty snacks, cheeses, and fruits in the chosen letter or number. It's a fun way to add a personal touch and create a centerpiece that stands out. For a bridal shower, spell out the couple's initials; for a graduation, use the class year. This year for the Fourth of July, I spelled out “USA”!
